Notice of Intent for Sole Source The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) in Research Triangle Park (RTP) Durham, North Carolina, intends to award on a sole source basis Thermo Electron North America, LLC (Unity Labs) in accordance with RFO 6.103-1(b) to purchase a one-year repair and preventive maintenance service agreement for the laboratory's Thermo Q-Exactive HF LCMSMS.
