Contract Description
The Transportation Security Administration (TSA), Contracting and Procurement (C&P), and Acquisition Program Management (APM) intends to issue a solicitation using other than full and open competition. Accordingly, the TSA intends to award a sole-source contract to Rohde &Schwarz USA, Incorporated, 6821 Benjamin Franklin Drive, Columbia, Maryland, 21046. This contract will address requirements of the APM office to procure, ship, install, and maintain Advanced Imaging Technology (AIT) units. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals, within 15 days of posting this Notice of Intent.
