BPA Call Order Exceeding $20,000 Synopsis Requisition 1166919. The U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA), Forest Service (USFS), intends to issue a competitive Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) Call Order under multiple‑award BPAs for Reforestation and Non‑Native Invasive Species (NNIS) services at the Savannah River Site (SRS) in South Carolina. This effort focuses on controlling non‑native invasive plant species and native invasive hardwoods that threaten forest health, hinder reforestation and hurricane recovery efforts, and degrade wildlife habitat.
