Notice of Intent to Lease Space Using Other Than Full and Open Competition The U.S. Government intends to award a succeeding lease using other than full and open competition for an existing lease for the Veterans Heath Administration (VHA) that is expiring in Clifton Park, NY. This procurement is being conducted in accordance with FAR 6.302-1-Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. NAICS Code 531120 applies to this procurement. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. No solicitation document is available, and telephone requests will not be accepted.
