Contract Description

Department of the Army, Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) - Fort Hood The Mission Installation Contracting Command (MICC)-Fort Hood intends to procure 24-hour alarm monitoring services for Carl. R. Darnall Army Medical Center (CRDAMC) on a sole-source basis for a commercial service, in accordance with FAR 12.102(f)(1). The Government intends to award a firm-fixed-price contract to Transnet Communications LLC. The basis for this sole-source determination is that Transnet Communications LLC is the proprietary owner of the alarm monitoring system currently installed and operating at the three clinic locations.
