Contract Description
The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) has a requirement for Communications Security (COMSEC) Monitoring at its Fairbanks, Alaska facility. The Fairbanks Command and Data Acquisition Station (FCDAS) is located at 1300 Eisele Road, Fairbanks, AK 99712. FCDAS requires Intrusion Detection System (IDS) monitoring in accordance with requirements specified in Underwriters Laboratories UL2050 (“National Industrial Security Systems for the Protection of Classified Materials”) and "The National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM) (DOD 5220.22-M)," published by the U. S. Department of Defense alarm system vendor.
