NOTICE OF INTENT TO EXERCISE SOLE SOURCE OPTION The Department of War (DoW), AFLCMC/ESKY, intends to exercise an option on a sole-source basis under existing Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract FA8523-21-D-0006 awarded to Northrop Grumman Systems Corporation, located at 7575 Colshire Drive, McLean, VA 22102-7508. 1. Scope of the Option: This action will exercise Option Period V to continue providing Sustaining Engineering Services (SES). The requirement encompasses AN/ALQ-184 Electronic Countermeasure (ECM) software support (including Independent Verification & Validation (IV&V) testing, Operational Flight Program (OFP) support, code/documentation reviews, and test tool updates) and AN/ALQ-131 ECM system hardware sustainment.
