Ft. (ABOA): 6,752 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 7,000 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Reserved/Structured): 18 Full Term: Five (5) years Firm Term: 120 days Additional Requirements: - Contiguous space on one floor is required - The Government will not consider collocation with agencies or tenants that present security, operational, or reputational conflicts with law enforcement functions Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease.
