Contract Description

This notice is for informational purposes only. Under the authority of FAR 6.302-1(a), the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Southwest District - Forh Worth intends to issue a contract action on a sole-source basis to Burns & McDonnell, Inc (CAGE: 1VKQ1) ("Designer of Record" or "DOR"). This sole-source contract action will acquire architect-engineer (A-E) design and construction support services from the DOR, to complete the Site Improvements for the ACC, Phase 4 project at JBSA-Lackland AFB, Texas 78236. These site improvements were once designed under a Design-Build Contract W9126G18C0077. The AE services will include updating the design documents to current site conditions and design criteria.
