Contract Description
This notice is for informational purposes only. Under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) – Norfolk District intends to issue a contract action on a sole-source basis to Woolpert-RS&H LLC (CAGE: 7JG89) (“Designer of Record” or “DOR”). This sole-source contract action will acquire architect-engineer (A-E) design and construction support services from the DOR, related to the repair of Building 31 Roof, Bays I-M, at Defense Supply Center Richmond (DSCR). The separate construction contract will be performed by a Design-Bid-Build (DBB) delivery.
