Contract Description
PLEASE READ THIS NOTICE CAREFULLY AS IT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY NOTICE THAT WILL BE PUBLISHED. The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) intends to negotiate a one-time, sole source, firm fixed price contract with Astrophysics, Inc. 21481 Ferrero Parkway, City of Industry, CA 91789 for the purpose of repairs and maintenance on FBI-owned X-Ray inspection systems. The X-Ray inspection systems are comprised of assemblies, subassemblies, and parts that are designed, developed and propriety to Astrophysics. Astrophysics is the sole manufacturer of the referenced equipment and is the only vendor capable of providing proper support for the referenced equipment to ensure optimal performance throughout the life of the product.
