Contract Description
This Notice is not a solicitation. This is Not a Request for Competitive Proposals. This is a NOTICE OF INTENT for a sole source requirement under NAICS 238210 – Electrical Contractor and Other Wiring Installation Contractors. The U.S. Government at Libreville intends to award a contract for replacement of the Building Automation System (BAS) server and three (3) dedicated workstation laptops with Johnson Control Inc. The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, software licenses, and technical expertise necessary for a full installation and integration of the Building Automation System.
