Contract Description
This is a public notice prepared in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 5.2 – Synopsis of Proposed Contract Actions. The Library of Congress, Contracts and Grants Directorate, intends to award a sole-source firm fixed price contract to: Bruker Scientific, LLC. 40 MANNING RD, BILLERICA, MA, 01821, USA. The original manufacturer (Bruker Scientific) is the only firm authorized to provide a Service Support Agreement for the Bruker AmaZon MS. The work to be performed under the contract will be performed at the following location: LOC Preservation Research and Testing Division 101 Independence Ave, SE Madison Building – Room LM-SB27 Washington, DC 20540-4560 The period of performance of the intended contract shall run as follows: 09/29/2026 - 09/28/2030.
