Notice of Intent to Sole Source for Carr Creek Law Enforcement Patrols in compliance with FAR Subpart 13.106-1(b), this Notice is hereby published to inform of the following: The USACE Louisville District intends to award a sole source contract to Knott County Sheriff Office (KCSO). The work to be done by KCSO under this Agreement shall consist of basic levels of patrol service, which vary from year to year depending on circumstances, The following USACE administered lands and waters within Knott County, which shall receive extra patrol services, include Dam Recreation Area, Tailwater Recreation Area, Spillway, Stilling Basin area, all Littcarr Recreation Areas, Marina Recreation Area, Littcarr campground and project office area.
