99 SFS CCTV Maintenance Notice of Intent to Sole Source All FAR references shown below are in accordance with the Revolutionary Far Overhaul 1. DESCRIPTION OF ACTION: The 99th Contracting Squadron intends to award a firm fixed price purchase order under the authority of 6.103-1(b) One responsible source. Agencies may contract without providing for full and open competition when the supplies or services required by the agency are available from only one responsible source and no other type of supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
