Contract Description

This special notice is pursuant to FAR 6.302-1, as the incumbent contractor is currently the only responsible source capable of providing uninterrupted full food service support without unacceptable delays or mission impact. The bridge contract will allow sufficient time to complete the competitive reprocurement process for a follow-on long-term solution. The IDIQ is used to support full food service (FFS) requirements for designated Dining Facilities at Fort Bragg, North Carolina. The Contractor shall provide quality services in support of the installation food service program that supports the Warfighter with flexible, efficient and cost-effective service.
