Notice of Intent to Sole Source for Fish Barrier North Light Mast RepairsIn compliance with FAR Subpart 13.106-1(b) and 13.501(a) (1)(i) coupled with the provisions set forth by FAR Subpart 5.101(a)(1), this Notice is hereby published to inform of the following:The USACE Chicago District intends to award a sole source contract to ROSO CONSTRUCTION INC. (CAGE: 9P1L1). This requirement is for the following:The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers needs to repair a light mast at the Aquatic Nuisance Species Dispersal Barrier in Lockport, IL. They initially contracted Roso Construction Inc. to do similar work. During that time, they discovered additional issues.
