Contract Description
The Department of Homeland Security (DHS), United States Coast Guard (USCG), Acquisition Directorate (CG-C21), at the Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Cyber, and Intelligence Service Center (C5ISC) intends to award on a sole-source basis, a contract to InCadence Strategic Solutions LLC, 10432 Balls Ford RD STE 240, Manassas, Virginia 20109-2516 for a five-year ordering period. The USCG intends to procure services to sustain Biometrics at Sea System (BASS) 2.0 1,009 JavelinXL devices, Ares Gateway, and Ares software fielded within the USCG, to perform software enhancements as needed, and to repair hardware on devices that cannot be repaired by internal USCG technicians.
