Contract Description
The Commander Fleet Readiness Center (COMFRC) hereby gives notice of their intent to award a Firm Fixed Price Purchase Order to Lynx Software Technologies, Inc., 855 Embedded Way, San Jose, CA on a sole source basis. In accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 13106-1(b)(1)(i), only one source reasonably available and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The MH-60R/S Mission Software Fleet Support Team (MS FST) has been tasked to procure and maintain software. The software LynxOS is currently being used by the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), Lockheed Martin.
