THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE, NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTES (RFQ). The Missouri Army National Guard intends to award a single-award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for Marketing Services on a sole source basis to Hoot Design Co. LLC based on the authority in RFO FAR 6.103-1(c)(2), Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
