Contract Description
NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE: The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Regional Procurement Office East (RPOE), Network Contracting Office 4 (NCO 4) intends to award a sole source contract award to Johnson Controls, Inc located at 5757 N Green Bay Ave, Milwaukee, WI 53209 USA. This requirement is for subscription, preventative maintenance, and service of the Metasys HVAC Building Automation System (BAS) at the Erie VA Medical Center in Erie, PA. Refer to the draft Statement of Work (attachment Draft Statement of Work _ 01-16-2026) for additional information. A Firm-Fixed-Price ID-IQ contract is planned for five years.
