Notice of Intent to Sole Source – Palm Beach County Ocean Ridge Endangered Sea Turtle Nesting Surveys and Monitoring NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Jacksonville District established a contract with DB Ecological Services Inc (CAGE 3FAY9), of Boca Raton, FL, on a sole-source basis IAW FAR 13.106-l(b)(l), to conduct during and post construction surveys and environmental monitoring for nesting Threatened and Endangered (T&E) sea turtle species within the project footprint of the Palm Beach County (PBC) Ocean Ridge Shore Protection Project (SPP). Recent storm damages and ongoing erosion have contributed to shoreline storm barrier loss and destabilization.
