Contract Description
The Great Plains Area Indian Health Service hereby submits a notice of intent to award a sole source, Firm Fixed-Price, purchase order for Solid Waste Disposal that is associated with the Cheyenne River Health Center Indian Health Service in Eagle Butte, SD. Without the removal of solid waste on the IHS compound, we create a hazardous environment for the patients we provide health care for. The Cheyenne River Sioux Tribe (CRST) has a Resolution Code 128-2021-CR, which states only Cheyenne River Economic Development Corporation (CREDCO) is able to provide this kind of service within the reservation boundaries.
