Contract Description
The U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA), Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS), intends to award a firm-fixed-price, sole source service contract to STERIS Corporation 5960 Heisley Rd Mentor, Ohio 44060. This contract will consist of a 12-month base year and four (4) 12-month option years. The Government requires annual preventative maintenance (PM) and inspections for STERIS-manufactured laboratory equipment across three FSIS laboratory locations. The required service schedule includes: AMSCO Century and Lab Series Steam Sterilizers (without integral generator) All other Steam and Electric Sterilizers Stand-Alone Generators Low Temperature Sterilizers (VHP M100 and VHP LTS-V) Low Temperature Sterilizers (VHP Victory, M10, 1000 ED S and AB, M1000S T4, MD140X, 100i, 1000i, and LS60) R...
