Contract Description

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Humphrey's Engineer Center Support Activity (HECSA) intends to award a single-source contract under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(C)(1) or 41 U.S.C. 253(C)(1) as implemented in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 13.106-1(b)(1)(i), Soliciting from a single source. Award of a firm fixed price contract will be made to University of Michigan. The anticipated contract will be firm fixed price and includes a period of performance of 15 months from date of contract award. This Notice of Intent to award a Single Source Contract is not a request for competitive proposals.
