N66001-26-Q-6070 Notice of Intent to Sole Source to ATT ENTERPRISES The Department of the Navy, Naval Information Warfare Center Pacific hereby publicizes its intention to solicit, negotiate, and award a Commercial, Firm-Fixed-Price purchase order on a noncompetitive basis with ATT. The requirement is for the purchase of the following ATT shall provide deployment of a 5G Private Cellular Network. This includes the following tasks - Design and deploy In Building RAN with distributed antenna systems or small cells.- Install and configure PANE for secure traffic management and policy enforcement.- Deploy a standalone PCN Core supporting network slicing, QoS, and mobility management in a NIWC Pacific-provided facility- Integrate with existing government IT infrastructure and identity managemen...
