NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE TO GENERAL DYNAMICS MISSION SYSTEMS. This notice is being published in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regular (FAR) Part 5.1 and 5.2. This is a notice of intent to award a sole source contract using FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This is not a request for competitive quotes/proposals.
