U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Louisville District intends to award a sole source Firm-Fixed Price Modification to Burns & McDonnell Engineers Company, Inc. under task orderW912QR22F0202- Design for Alterations to Building 1203 at March Air Reserve Base, California. This is a written notice to inform the public of the Government's intent to award on a sole source basis pursuant to Federal Acquisition Regulation FAR 16.505(b)(2)(i)(C). This work is considered out of scope because it involves a quantity of additional cost greater than what was originally scoped in the base task order. This out of scope modification will be issued on a sole source basis.
