Contract Description
Non-Personal Service to provide all labor, transportation, equipment, materials, supervision and other items for services necessary for Grounds Maintenance Services at NV001 - Ryland Taylor Hall ARC 2901 E. Sahara Ave Las Vegas NV 89104-4114 and NV008 - SMA George W. Dunaway ARC 13825 Hinson Street Sloan NV 89054-2501; in accordance with the Performance Work Statement and terms and conditions of the solicitation and resultant contract. The period of performance is 1 April 2026 (or subsequent date) to 31 March 2027 with four (4) twelve (12) month option periods and a six-month (6) option to extend services.
