SINGLE SOURCE SPECIAL NOTICE This is a special notice prepared in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 5.2 - Synopses of Proposed Contract Actions U.S. Army Corps of Engineers - Omaha District, intends to issue a Firm-Fixed Price contract to 3075109 Canada, Inc dba Thermofin, 47 Bd Marie-Victorin, Candiac, Quebec, Canada. The purpose of this acquisition is to provide (21) Replacement Gasket Kits for ENERFIN Heat Exchangers model number RAM143-C1/P10712. The parts are required to complete maintenance on the heat exchanging units. The contractor shall deliver the gaskets to the Oahe Project Office, located in Pierre, South Dakota FOB Destination.
