The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers – New England District is issuing a Presolicitation Notice for Office HVAC System Replacement, Colebrook River Lake, Colebrook, CT. QUESTIONS REGARDING THE PROCUREMENT WILL NOT BE ANSWERED DURING THE PRESOLICITATION PHASE. SUBMIT QUESTIONS TO THE CONTRACT SPECIALIST AFTER THE SOLICITATION AND ASSOCIATED DOCUMENTS HAVE BEEN POSTED. THE WORK CONSISTS OF: Contractor shall furnish all materials, labor and equipment to remove the existing hydronic heat system and all associated components and piping at the Colebrook River Lake Project Office and replace it with a 50-60K BTU energy star or equivalent, 96% AFUE rated or higher, forced air propane Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) system and energy star or equivalent hybrid heat pump water heater.
