Contract Description
This is a pre-solicitation synopsis in accordance with FAR 5.201. This is not a Request for Proposal (RFP), nor is it construed as a commitment by the Government. This synopsis is prepared in accordance with guidance in FAR 5.207 and is prepared for notifying potential Offerors of an upcoming RFP N00174-26-R-1011 which will be a Firm Fixed Price, Small Business Set Aside, Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ), competed acquisition in support of the Naval Surface Warfare Center Indian Head (NSWC IHD). This is a new requirement. The NSWC IHD Picatinny Detachment requires the manufacture and assembly of MK 3 MOD 2 Strong Back Lifting beam Ordinance Handling Equipment (OHE), Undefined OHE as well as spare parts, which are required for the movement, transportation and storage of variou...
