Services are needed within 8 miles from Philadelphia City Hall, located at 1401 John F. Kennedy Blvd., Philadelphia, PA 19102 and within city limits. Provider must be within a half mile from a Southeastern Pennsylvania Transportation Authority (SEPTA) bus or subway stop.
