Contract Description
The Departent of Veterans Affairs is looking to establish a Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) or Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for the routine supply of painting services. The VA is looking for sources for these services, and are seeking to determine if an SDVOSB/VOSB set aside is possible. The results from this sources sought notice will determine what socio-economic set aside, if any, will be used. Interested parties should have the ability to perform multiple painting services at the same time. Painting may be on interior or exteriror surfaces and on a multitude of different types of surfaces.
