The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 15 intends to award a sole source contract under the authority of 41 U.S.C 253(c) (1) FAR 6.302-1 Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements, to Philips North America, LLC at 22100 Bothell Everett Hwy, Bothell, WA 98021. Philips North America, LLC will provide service maintenance, repair, and software upgrade to existing Philips MRI and Chiller system. The Philips MRI and Chiller system is proprietary and may only be serviced by Philips North America, LLC. The place of performance is for the Department of Veterans Affairs Harry S.
