Contract Description
Please note this solicitation is not ready to be issued as of this date. The Embassy of the United States in Singapore will launch the solicitation on the SAM.gov website when it is available. The requirement is for maintenance and repair services to resurface the existing swimming pool located at the Chief of Mission Residence (CMR) in Singapore. This work is necessary to ensure the pool remains safe, serviceable, and in good operating condition. The anticipated performance period is for a single base year only. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which will be considered. The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion.
