Action: This is a pre-solicitation notice of the Government's intent to award a firm-fixed-price, sole-source contract to Ultra Advanced Tactical Systems, in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 13.101-1(b). 2. Description of Requirement: The 418th Contracting Brigade, on behalf of the 69th Air Defense Artillery Brigade, has a requirement for a one-year subscription license for the Virtual Air Defense Systems Integrator (V-ADSI) software.
