Contract Description

The Federal Protective Service Acquisitions Division (FPSAD) intends to issue a sole source extension of up to seven months to the current contract, 70RFP319DE3000002, with Paragon Systems, Inc. (13900 Lincoln Park Dr Ste 300, Herndon, VA 20171). This proposed extension will provide for continued protective security officer (PSO) services throughout the State of Virginia. This extension from October 1, 2025, through April 30, 2026, will allow time to award and transition the follow-on effort for these services. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate on a sole source basis with Paragon Systems, Inc. under the authority of 41 U.S.C. 3304 (a)(l) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
