This is a draft RFP. No quotes shall be submitted in response to this draft RFP. This draft RFP is to receive constructive feedback from interested parties concerning the PWS and corrections that should be considered to provide a more thorough requirement. All constructive feedback can be sent to the Contracting Officer, Natalie Carr via email at Natalie.Carr@ice.dhs.gov. The Contractor shall provide all transportation services required to transport detainees securely to locations as directed by the designated ICE official in accordance with current and any future revisions to the National Detention Standards (NDS) 2025, ICE Family Residential Standards, and all applicable Federal, State, and local laws and regulations.
