The Contractor shall provide all transportation services required to transport detainees securely to locations as directed by the designated ICE official in accordance with current and any future revisions to the National Detention Standards (NDS) 2025, ICE Family Residential Standards, and all applicable Federal, State, and local laws and regulations. Designated ICE personnel are limited to Deportation Officers (DO), Supervisory Detention and Deportation Officers (SDDO), Assistant Field Office Directors (AFOD), Deputy Field Office Directors (DFOD), and the Field Office Director (FOD). During all transportation activities, at least one officer must be the same sex as the detainee.
