Synopsis for Performance Improvement and Project Management Support Services The NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center (FLC) Norfolk, Contracting Department, Philadelphia Detachment, PA 19111, intends to award a firm fixed-price contract for Performance Improvement and Project Management in support of the Bureau of Medicine and Surgery (BUMED). This is a pre-solicitation synopsis for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.
