Contract Description
BIS requires contractor support services to enable the compliance division to meet its mission as a national securityfocused regulator. The purpose of this contract is to provide on-site contractor personnel, management, and expertise in support of numerous core functions. The contractor shall deliver consistent, professional, and outcomes-based services that ensure the effective execution of OICTSs statutory and regulatory responsibilities. This Notice does not commit the Government to contract for any supply or service. This is not a Request for Proposal (RFP) and offers will not be accepted. No pricing or cost data shall be submitted.
