THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE FOR THE UNITED STATES ARMY CORPS OF ENGINEERS MISSION SUPPORT BATTALION (UMSB). This announcement is made by the UMSB Contracting Center and is part of market research efforts to assess industry capabilities that will best address the Government’s need with regards to the Strategic Environmental Research and Development Program (SERDP) and the Environmental Security Technology Certification Program (ESTCP). The requirement is for a Contractor to provide program support to execute SERDP and ESTCP’s missions of developing and demonstrating technologies that meet the Department of Defense (DoD) environmental requirements.
