Contract Description
Under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers intends to solicit, on a sole source basis, the brand name software, ProjNET, particular to one manufacturer (National Institute for Building Sciences) and related software/maintenance that allows the Contracting, Engineering, and Programs and Project Management Divisions to exchange documents in real-time with internal and external stakeholders. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. It is a market research tool being used to determine the availability of other qualified sources that can provide the software and maintenance identified above.
