NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE Department of Veterans Affairs Atlanta VA Health Care System Diagnostic Medical Physics Services The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Atlanta VA Health Care System (AVAHCS), intends to award a firm fixed price sole-source contract for Diagnostic Medical Physics Services. This procurement will be made under the authority of FAR 13.106 1(b), which allows for soliciting from a single source when the contracting officer determines that only one source is reasonably available to meet the agency s requirements.
