Contract Description
THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE ONLY. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL. The Erie VA Medical Center, 135 East 38th Street, Erie, PA 16504 is performing market research to determine if there is a sufficient number of qualified (1) Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business; (2) Veteran Owned Small Business; or (3) Small or emerging small business firms to set aside a single award contract. The Government will use responses to this notice to make to an appropriate acquisition decision. The contractor shall provide on-site lithotripsy support services at the Erie VAMC, including furnishing and transporting all required lithotripsy equipment to the Operating Room; ensuring all equipment meets VA BioMed inspection standards; and providing a qualified radiologic technician for each procedure...
