Contract Description

The United States Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Region 7 will issue a solicitation for Armed Contract Security Officer (ACSO) Services to support the EPA Region 10 Manchester Environmental Laboratory (R10 MEL) located in Port Orchard, WA. The purpose of the ACSO contract is to ensure that the occupants, structures, and equipment located at the U.S. EPA Manchester Environmental Laboratory are “safe” and “secure.” The ACSO shall perform all security services in a highly professional, courteous, discreet, and effective manner at all times. The R10 MEL requires 24/7, 365-day armed contract security officer services.
