Contract Description
In accordance with RFO Part 12.102(a) and Part 5.101 this is a Notice of Intent to Sole Source IMPERIAL COUNTY RCS RADIO SYSTEM service. Bureau of Land Management Law Enforcement Officers (LEOs) in California require an effective solution that ensures dedicated, encrypted talk groups across the public service radio system serving San Diego and Imperial Counties. This service delivers reliable, long-range radio communications for criminal investigations and surveillance operations within the region. San Diego County will continue to facilitate BLM LEOs' ability to monitor, communicate, and report field activities while operating locally.
