Contract Description
This is a notice of intent to award a sole-source contract using simplified acquisition procedures and is not a request for competitive quotes. The US EPA intends to award a sole-source purchase order using the procedures at RFO 13.101(b), as it has been deemed that only one source is available to meet this specific requirement. Due to the urgency of this requirement, only one source will be solicited. The service must be performed by July 31, 2026.
