Contract Description
Modification No. 1 - This modification is being issued to attach the Site Visit instructions for this requirement. Replace LOMVC Roof at Point Park Visitor Center for NPS, Chickamauga/Chattanooga National Military Park. This is a solicitation for a commercial item prepared in accordance with the format outlined in FAR Subpart 12, FAC 2005-87 and as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Proposals are being requested and the resultant contract will be awarded using simplified acquisition procedures in accordance with FAR 13. This is a small business set aside in accordance with FAR 19.
